Refund Policy

Because all CuratedSOUF products are handmade in small batches, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

If your order arrives damaged, please email [email protected] within 72 hours with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged items + packaging

  • A short description of the issue

We’ll replace the item or issue store credit.

Shipping Policy

All orders ship from Pennsylvania.

Processing Time

  • Standard orders ship within 3–7 business days.

  • During holidays, drops, or sales, processing may take longer.

  • Pre-orders will list their specific timelines on the product page.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using:

  • USPS


    Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

CuratedSOUF is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Carrier delays

If something goes left, email us, and we’ll do what we can, but please note we can’t replace orders lost due to incorrect shipping information.

Candle/Incense Safety Disclaimer

Always burn responsibly:

  • Never leave burning incense or wax melts unattended

  • Keep away from children, pets, and flammable objects

  • Burn on a heat-safe surface

  • Ensure proper ventilation

  • Test room sprays on a small hidden area first

  • Use SOUF Dust on carpets/rugs only

CuratedSOUF is not liable for damages caused by misuse.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, production/packing begins, and cancellation isn’t guaranteed.
